At K&M Kustom Kreations, ensuring your complete satisfaction is our priority. Here are the details of our return procedures:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive a misprinted or defective item, please photograph the issue and email it to sales@kmkustomkreations.com. You must submit your claim within 20 days from the shipment date. Upon verification, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, please report the issue no later than 20 days after the shipment date. Upon confirmation that the loss was due to our error, we will handle the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement to you.

Incorrect Address

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for the costs of reshipment. We will contact you to confirm the updated address before resending the package.

Returns Process

Non-Delivered Packages

If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location and contact the carrier for more information.
